“Everyone deserves a witness to their pain”. That is something I learned years ago and have tried to live by. I am dually licensed in mental health and addictions, having worked in both outpatient and residential care for the past 11years. My therapy style tends to be more eclectic rather than a one size fits all approach. I have found utilizing a strengths based, collaborative approach works well . I am familiar with DBT, CBT, and family systems.
